My nail broke pretty far down (almost the middle of my nail plate), what do I do to it?

It keeps getting pulled back when I do stuff and it kind of hurts.My nail broke pretty far down (almost the middle of my nail plate), what do I do to it?
I would suggest either:





A. Putting a Band-Aid over the entire nail





B. Taping it down with medical tape





C. Using toe-nail clippers, clip as much as the nail away (But do NOT rip it, for this can cause pain and even more damage.)My nail broke pretty far down (almost the middle of my nail plate), what do I do to it?
You could either rip the rest of it off, that would be really painful or you could just let it grow back =)
Put a bandaid over it. :)
